Destroyed by one major flaw

I really dont understand why the developer would destroy what could be a good game by not using random dice. It makes the game predictable and removes any excitement from the game. The only value this game has is if you wish to practice against the worst case scenario (i.e. Your opponent has the luckiest dice rolls ever)
