Aint nothing fare about the dice roll and how it always seems to roll on the exact numbers it needs to keep holding you back.

Game will disconnect out of nowhere. Ive never left a game, yet my abort rate is over 6%. Also, random generator is horrible...for example youll see double 6s rolled three times in a row, very disappointed and its frustrating. Do not recommend unless they fix bugs, especially disconnecting continuosly.

This game is rigged to favor the computer. The dice do not follow the normal distribution for rolls. Not worth the time

The statistical dice rules of the computer are highly improbable. It is like playing with a cheater and just having to sit there and watch.

Cannot possibly have random rolls all the time.

This is a worthless game. I spent my money And purchased everything with it and will not recommend to anyone else to do the same. I gave them many chances to fix the bugs , they are totally incapable. Dont waste your money my friends

Cheats Cheats Cheats With that said, I somewhat like this version of backgammon more than most others I have played. I dont think I have ever, Ever, played a computer based game of backgammon where the rolls seemed as random and fair as playing with another person face to face. That doesnt make the chicanery here okay, just ubiquitous. Believe none of the games stated nonsense about true rolls. Unfair Unfair Unfair This is as slanted against the player as any Ive seen. The play itself is smooth and well designed which makes it fun to play. "Fun" in a manner of speaking. I feel like I get a chance to occasionally improve my play, but often at the cost of a fair and decent game. For one example, when the game needs doubles to win, it gets them almost every time. The number of times Ive received doubles in order to win a game is maybe ten or twelve games out of many, many hundreds of games played. Rigged Fixed Corrupt I have amended my earlier review. I removed a star because it is difficult to reconcile the fairly decent look and feel of the game with the truly annoying way it nearly always loads the dice and favors itself in all manner of gameplay. If the authors are clever enough to write a game in the first place why screw the players with unfair play? Keep hunting for the decent backgammon game that may somehow actually exist.

It has been reported that the game crashes, Ive have not had the problem. Some feel that at the harder levels the game cheats. It does seem as if that may be the case. The developers give the player two other options for rolls. In my opinion the game is worth getting.

This game is configured for the computer to win. Computer gets perfect rolls and if you are on the bar, you will not get out until the computer has all its chips in its home and several ticked off. Most frustrating game EVER. Advise NEVER spend money on this game!

Ive ply this game for 1yrs ive written and complained this is not original backgammon game theres a lot of cheating with dice iam number 1037 never bern able to go less although iam a good ply but some how some people now hoq to get doubles ten times in a row this app is not trusted for fair game

Amongst the different possibilities for backgammon, I find this is a better choice than many others. I wish the developers would add more options like board colors with normal piece color options, but it is fairly fluid in play as long as I am not playing online. And that may be totally on my end; my iPad is fairly full....all in all it is a game that keeps me busy when I have too much free time. ~E

I agree with other reviews. The game is in no way random. The ease with the computer gets a captured piece back with five spots blocked as opposed to the player getting a piece back with only two blocked is staggering.Same if for example only a four and three will hurt the player. Not six and one or five and two, only four three. Bam every time.

Dice rolls are not random. Very difficult to win against hard computer. The only difference between easy computer and hard computer is that "easy" makes stupid moves that give you an edge. Ok to pass the time, but dont expect a good game. Sad, when you know they can fix it, but dont.

This game would be a lot more fun if the dice rolls were random instead of being rigged in the computers favor

This game is rigged. The rolls favor the computer. If the computer offers a double, youd better decline, or it will just roll what it needs to stick it to you. Biggest difference between the easy, medium and hard "skill" level of the computer is the "luck" of its rolls. Though, admittedly, the easy computer setting makes stupid mistakes. Its a decent app, but can be maddening. Too bad it isnt fair. Could be a great app.

Great game and great platform. Online is about 20% auto abort by the server. Just about as you are to win their server disconnects you and penalizes you for quitting when you did not quit. No help from developer they just abandoned doing any fixes on their server.
